clockTime for an update! I’ve been plugging away with my Niche Blogger sites and I’m still really excited with the results I’ve been seeing (especially after only 3 months).  I’ve added a few sites this month, but have sworn to hold off on creating any more until I get these properly marketed and getting the traffic that I want.

There have been a few changes at Today.com that I wanted to let you guys in on.  My payment rate was changed for my geek girl today blog, so I no longer get the $1.00 per post.  I think this happened because once I began Niche Blogging I neglected my today blogs.

I decided I would...

In the past year or so, I have come across countless opportunities to make money writing on the web.  It’s been a creative and sometimes harrowing journey for me, but it has paid off in ways I would never have imagined.

I like to share freelance writing opportunities with my readers, but was recently asked by a reader in the UK which of these sites she could write for.

I honestly...

It’s the first of the month and time to post those freelance writing earnings again. I hope that everyone did well last month and continues towards reaching your goals. Here we go…

Passive Income Earnings for November:
eHow – 42.17
Suite 101 – 35.89
Bukisa – .26 (I only just posted my first two articles)
Helium – 35.75

I LOVE getting mail!  Not email.  Snail mail.  Not bills.  Real mail.  It’s a novelty.

Today I was super excited to get two writing related items in the mail.  The first package I got my free today.com t-shirt. It’s big and comfy and I am such a geek.

The other, even more super exciting package I got in the mail today was  an envolope from Blue Mountain Arts. ...

I’ve been blogging at today.com for a week or so now and I was wondering if it might somehow be a scam. If you’re looking for work at home jobs, look here first.

My account shows payment for page views but not for the paid amount of each post. Thankfully,...

I have been using Google Adsense on this blog since it’s inception.  Lately I have been doing a lot of reading to try to figure out how to make more money through this avenue.  Unfortunately for all of you, I read today that readers click more ads on blogs that are ugly.

Super!

Hey, it’s worth a shot.

I have a couple of blogs on Today.com,

I posted a few days ago about the free t-shirt being offered to bloggers at today.com.   For those of you who don’t know, Today.com is a paid blogging site.  They pay $1.00  per 100 word post and they also pay for page views.  You can sign up to have a blog for a specific topic, and if they approve you, you can begin writing immediately.

Does the pay suck?

Yes.

Is it worth it?

I think so.  Especially for those who are just beginning a career in freelance writing. ...

Today.com T-shirt For those of you who blog with Today.com, you can sign up to get a free logo t-shirt.  Simply log onto your account and click on Promotions.  This link takes you to a very short survey which includes your sex, age and t-shirt size.  Once you fill out the survey, you are signed up to get the t-shirt, of course *while supplies last*.

Pretty cool.
